Does cloud recording need internet?
Yes. Cameras need a consistent internet connection to upload video. We size stream settings to your available bandwidth, and optional edge storage keeps recording locally if the connection drops.
Is my footage secure?
Video is stored off-site in professional data centers designed for very high durability. Access is controlled by individual user accounts and permissions, and cameras connect outbound only, with no open ports on your firewall.
